The Academy was founded by a pair of cyclists who are committed to ensuring training-related standards in the bicycle maintenance and repair industry are embedded.
Graeme Stickells – Co-founder, Managing Director & Facilitator
Graeme studied Education, Training and Development through the University of Johannesburg and has been involved in some form of training through most of his adult career.
Graeme completed his Cytech technical bicycle technician training through PJCS Cycle Training, an accredited site, in the United Kingdom.
Dirk Oerlemans – Co-founder
Dirk studied Management Accounting through the University of Stellenbosch and has been involved in the cycling industry since 2012.
